Fed Ex occasionally makes errors of this nature, reporting that an item has been delivered while in reality it is still in transit or has been abandoned at the post office.
We urge that you follow a few procedures to be sure that it is truly missing and not simply running late. Would you kindly:
To be sure the box wasn't accidentally delivered somewhere else, check your rear door, garage, the front office of your apartment building, your neighbors, etc.
